How to process Refunds

Log in to your store admin and navigate to Orders > all orders

You will see information about all paid orders. Click on the order that you wish to refund

On the top right corner, you will see a ‘Refund’ button where you can click on to refund the transaction.

Once the refund is processed, you will see a message displayed notifying you that the transaction has been successfully refunded.

You can also view the refunded transaction in our dashboard.
