Once a merchant makes a request to update their banking details, the following steps need to be taken before we may proceed.
Steps to complete before beginning the update:
- Confirm with the merchant if their update will be for billing, settlement, or both.
- If they choose billing only, a new debit mandate order must be drafted by the agent and signed by the merchant (a blank template is attached to the article)
- If they choose settlement only, no documents are needed for signature.
Documents to be collected and filed in the Drive:
- Proof of bank account / Banking confirmation
- Signed debit mandate order (for billing)
Once all the documents have been collected, the banking update can proceed.
Update the Pipefy application, as well as the Dashboard banking details to reflect the new account.
