The Credit Card and CVV fields of the credit card form are PCI Frames and will be grayed out in case there is any suspected security breach. This is done to protect your credit card information. Common reason will be outdated browsers.
Also, on New computers or recently updated computers, you might be unable to use the credit card form when using Paysafe as a payment method.
Two scenarios are possible;
- The form might keep loading as seen on the picture below.
- The card number and CVV fields may be grayed out
To troubleshoot, if you are using internet explorer, please try once in a different browser (eg. Chrome or Firefox). If you get the same issue in all browsers, the issue may be outdated JAVA software.
