In Shopify, you would need to navigate to:
  1. Settings bottom left on your backend
  2. Payments
  3. Navigate to the section, "supported payment methods" and select "manage":
  1. Then bottom left after opening manage at the bottom left, "Deactivate Peach Payments" (This should log out)
  2. Log back in, ensure Peach has been removed
  3. Then Link their new store
