As of 15 October the below fields are now mandatory/required for the latest Global Mandated 3D Secure 2.0 protocol

Field 1:
- Country
- Field/parameter: "billing.country"
Field 2:
- City
- Field/parameter: "billing.city"
Field 3:
- Postal Code
- Field/parameter: "billing.postcode"
Field 4:
- Street Address
- Field/parameter: "billing.street1"
- NB! This field has a 50 character limit
