Transaction being rejected by the acquiring bank, need to reach to CIM Finance to advise on this failure.

Transaction rejected because merchant not participating in 3DSecure programTransaction being rejected because merchantID is not enrolled for 3D Secure. Need to reach to CIM Finance to complete the enrollment for this merchantID with the schema.
