Yes, recuring payments are supported.
For this workflow the token needs to be generated wtih the Registration (RG) transaction and with wich the credit card data of the shopper will be collected. The following Debit (DB) or Authorization (PA) transactions don't require a token anymore.
Instead of using the token the DB or PA transactions reference to the RG transaction. The communication for DB or PA takes place as a server-to-sever call and is send via xml. The same applies for Scheduling (SD) transactions.
