What does the “submitPCIiFrame failed” error mean?

This error usually occurs when the customer is trying to submit the card data in the Peach Payments widget but is no longer connected to the Internet.

If the user loses internet connectivity when the form with the payment information is submitted i.e. at the time they entered the card data and clicked on the “Pay Now" button, then the widget is not able to connect with our server.

The error can be replicated by disconnecting from the Internet at the submit payment request stage of the checkout process.
