RESOLVED Notification - Apr 21 - Nedbank transaction timeouts

Dear Merchants,

Nedbank/iVeri systems were not available today between 13:17 PM and 13:55 PM. A large percentage of transactions timed out during this period.

We alerted Nedbank on the issue and they resolved this on their end.We have received communication from the Nedbank Technical team advising that they had technical difficulties with one of their servers and have now resolved this issue.

We will reconcile all timed out transactions tomorrow AM once we receive the recon data from the bank and will contact affected merchants directly. If you do not receive communication from us then no further action is required from you.
