Action Required: Please review orders in the BIP in case any transactions were processing around the time frames mentioned
We have now RESOLVED the issue on our platform and have restored all services since 10:28 AM onwards
All services are back to normal and our team continues to monitor the situation.
We are also conducting a deeper analysis of the issue and will follow up with a detailed post-incident report with details on what caused the issue and what steps (if any) we are taking to ensure future stability as well.
We would now recommend that you please inform your users / customers that payment processing is fully operational again.
