Dear Merchants,

Nedbank/iVeri systems were not available today between 10:43 AM and 11:01 AM. A majority of transactions timed out during this period.

We have alerted Nedbank on the issue. This issue has since been resolved.

We are awaiting official confirmation on cause of outage and will update you as we know more.

We will also reconcile all transactions affected tomorrow morning and inform merchants if required.
