Incident Type: 3DSecure problem with MasterCard transactions

Time period: Mar 10, 3:15 PM - Mar 10, 4:30 PM

Action Required: No action required from merchants as of now

 

Dear Merchants,

We have picked up on a 3DSecure issue ongoing since 3:15 pm today. The issues affects certain Mastercard cards and is a problem in the MasterCard system per Bankserv's communication to us.

We have alerted and Bankserv on the issue. We are awaiting this to be resolved by them and MasterCard.
