Dear Merchants,

We picked up on a 3DSecure issue ongoing since 3:00 pm yesterday. The issues affect FNB cards and is a problem in their Authentication system (Access Control System)

A majority of FNB card transactions are currently affected.

The issue now appears to be resolved. While we have not received any official update on this yet we have monitored the transactions overnight and all systems on FNB's side appear to be back to normal.
