[UPDATE] - Nov 4 Nedbank downtime - Root Cause


Dear Merchant,

We have worked with Nedbank to determine the root cause for the recent processing problems we have faced with them.

Nedbank have identified that the cause was over utilisation on the lines used by both their internet banking and the iVeri gateway and have put in measures to mitigate this as of 07:30 this morning.

We will continue to monitor the processing for the next few days.
