Dear Merchants,

Last evening Nedbank/iVeri systems were down from 19.38 PM till 19.50 PM and were not reachable at all. 

Peach Payments escalated this to the Nedbank team promptly and the issue was resolved within 22 minutes.

Nedbank/iVeri are working on a root cause analysis and as soon as we understand more from them we will update you.
