Incident Type: 3DSecure problem with Bankserv Africa

Action Required: No action required from merchants as of now
Bankserv and Nedbank confirmed that the issue was caused by a network issue at Bankserv due to which their 3DS MPI was not available / reachable by our systems.
This issue has since been fixed by Bankserv and from 13:12 PM onwards we were able to resume normal processing.
During the affected timeperiod we saw response times of >50 seconds from the bankserv systems.
