Action Required: No action required from merchants as of now

 

We have detected a high number of transactions where we are not able to reach Nedbank/iVeri system.

Nedbank and iVeri have confirmed that they are currently experiencing an issue on one of their servers.

This problem then prevents us from reaching their systems for a number of transactions.

This problem started at 13:23 PM today and has affected a majority of transactions.

Our team is monitoring the situation and will update you once this is resolved. We will then also contact merchants whose transactions were affected by this incident.
