RESOLVED: Oct 4 Nedbank systems down



Dear Merchants,

Nedbank/iVeri have identified and resolved the issue in their systems which caused transactions to be timed out and hence fail since 15:06 PM

This issue has now been confirmed resolved since 16:01 PM

We will contact merchants with affected transactions if any further action is required from them.
