RESOLVED: Incident Notification - Bankserv 3DSecure down

Dear Merchants,

Incident Type: Technical Errors on 3DSecure system

Time period: Oct 5, 09:48 AM - Ongoing

Action Required: No action required from merchants as of now

We have detected a high number of Technical Errors and Visa Status U transactions from the Bankserv 3DS system currently

This problem then causes transactions to be rejected for 3DS and hence not be processed with the banks.

We have notified Bankserv of this issue and are awaiting resolution from them currently.

This problem started at 09:48 AM today and has affected transactions intermittently.

Our team is monitoring the situation and will update you once this is resolved. We will then also contact merchants whose transactions were affected by this incident.
