Case Closed: Sep 24 Processing Incident


Dear Merchants,

We have now completed the recon for all transactions that failed yesterday due to the downtime / problem in the Nedbank/iVeri servers.

We can confirm that there are NO transactions that were charged to the customers due to this problem.

If a transaction was reported as rejected by our system yesterday with the response code 900.100.300 then it was not processed by Nedbank and customers cards were NOT charged.

There is No Action required from our merchants.

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience the Nedbank issue may have caused.
