Nedbank/iVeri have identified and resolved the issue in one of their app servers which caused some transactions to be timed out.

This issue has now been confirmed resolved.

We will contact merchants with affected transactions if any further action is required from them.

Dear Merchant,

 

Incident Type: Transaction timeouts from Nedbank

Time period: Sep 24, 14:58 PM - Ongoing

Action Required: No action required from merchants as of now

 

We have detected a high number of transactions where we have not received any response from Nedbank systems today.

This problem then causes transactions on our system to time out and be rejected.

This problem started at 14:58 PM today and has affected transactions intermittently.

Our team is monitoring the situation and will update you once this is resolved. We will then also contact merchants whose transactions were affected by this incident.
