Further update: FNB card processing issue

Dear Merchant

FNB and Nedbank have only confirmed so far that this issue is getting their maximum attention and that are looking for a resolution urgently. We have not received any indiction by when a resolution is expected.

Our recommendation remains that you report these cases to support@peachpayments.com - we will then continue to arrange for the authorisation holds to be manually removed by FNB.

As soon as we learn about more details from the banks, we’ll inform you accordingly.
