We are aware of the Authorization problem with customers using FNB cards whereby Nedbank rejects the authorization on the customer’s card (Authorization Error) yet FNB processes the authorization (Customers get a message from FNB saying that funds are reserved for purchase).
The error has been occurring for over one week now, the banks have confirmed that they are working on a solution.
