RESOLVED - Aug 5 - Recurring Transactions Issue


Dear Merchant,

Our incidence response team put in place a permanent fix for this issue earlier today and we have been monitoring the system for the past few hours.

We can now confirm that this issue is resolved.

This was caused by a mix of setting on the merchant accounts with Nedbank and also a problem in the dispatching of transactions to the correct channel in our system.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
