Description of the Issue:

Dear Merchant,

We have been experiencing service difficulties in the above mentioned timeframe. A a certain percentage of transaction traffic would not have reached our servers and you would have experienced some transaction failures.

The Incident Response Team worked to re-establish the full processing functionalities.

The issue has been solved by our incident response team.

Please be advised that processing was up and running for this duration and only a small percentage of transaction traffic was affected during mentioned time frame.
