RESOLVED - Aug 4 - Bankserv response time and timeouts issue

Dear Merchant,

We have noticed extremely long response times on the Bankserv 3DSecure system causing transactions to timeout and fail.

We have been in touch with Bankserv and they confirm that other PSPs have also complained to them about this today.

We have also escalated the topic with Nedbank to push for a resolution.

Bankserv has communicated that they will send us some official notification / update. We will update you as soon as we receive this.

Dear Merchant,

We have also become aware that Standard Bank may also be experiencing issues with their processing systems.

This will amplify the problem with 3DSecure as users with Standard Bank cards will not be able to transact properly.
