There is currently an issue with Nedbank that is impacting your processing. This may have resulted in your transactions being declined for the past few hours. We are working with Nedbank to resolve this as soon as possible.
Here is an overview of what is going on:
- Nedbank is migrating all their merchants to a new processing platform i.e. switch
- All merchants have been migrated to the new switch now
- There were some mistakes in the data batches on their end which is causing the current issue faced by some merchants
- Not all merchants are affected by this
