Description of the Issue: 

Dear customers,

We have been experiencing temporary performance reductions affecting select customers from approx. 23:31 UTC on January 10, 2013 to 00:01 UTC on January 11, 2013.

The incident response team has been active since detection of the performance reduction, resolved it and will execute additional manual monitoring.

We have monitored your transactions and have not found any issues with your system. Please do let us know if there are any reported incidents from your customers in the timeframe specified above.
