What do I do if I find a "manual review" transaction is in fact fraudulent?


Once you have verified that a "manual review" transaction is fraudulent you should immediately, before the transaction is cleared by the acquiring bank:

  1. Not ship the goods/service
  2. Reverse the transaction:  click on the “Reversal” button , which is found in the Action Tab within the customer transaction details window. Please see Figure 1 below:rever.PNG
