Why am I not receiving emails from Peach Payments?

In order to ensure that our emails to do not go into the Junk/Spam folder please follow the applicable steps below: If your email provider is not listed below and you have trouble adding our email, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

 

Hotmail

You will need to add our “From” address, support@peachpayments.com , to your Hotmail Contacts List:

  1. Click Contacts along the left side (or at the top) of any hotmail page.
  2. Click New.
  3. Type our From address, support@peachpayments.com into the email address dialogue box.
  4. Enter Ukash Newsletter in the Name field.
  5. Click Save

Yahoo

You will need to add our From address, support@peachpayments.com, to your Yahoo Contacts List:

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Yahoo page.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Type our From address, support@peachpayments.com into the email address dialogue box.
  4. Enter Ukash Newsletter in the Name field
  5. Click Save.

Gmail

You will need to add our From address, support@peachpayments.com, to your Gmail Contacts List:

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Click Add Contact (the plus + icon)
  3. Type our From address, support@peachpayments.com into the email address dialogue box.
  4. Click Save.

Outlook

You will need to add our From address, support@peachpayments.com to your Safe Senders list:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail.
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  4. In the Add address, type in our from address, support@peachpayments.com
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Apply.
