3DSecure page getting cut off on screen - not responsive

In as much as our payment widget is responsive, for the 3DSecure process - the page where the customer enters the OTP data is hosted by each individual bank that issued the customer's card. Unfortunately the default page size and responsiveness is determined by the respective bank.  

 

We have no control or influence over the 3DSecure process since for security purposes, this is a direct authentication communication between the customer and their bank. We receive the payment result data and handle accordingly. The customer is then redirected from the bank to your payment confirmation page.


We keep the 3DSecure page within the widget to prevent a full redirect to the bank, while maintaining PCI compliance and keeping your systems free of handling any sensitive card information.

 

3DSecure is mandatory and compulsory for initial eCommerce transactions in South Africa.
